The PracticeBuilder Start-up Module for the very early stages of your business

The first module of the ICB PracticeBuilder programme is for members who are thinking of starting, or have already started, their own practice. The module consists of two one-day workshops, both of which are designed to raise your awareness of the key areas facing a start-up business and help you proactively work on those important initial considerations that will enable you to form a strong foundation to both start and grow your own business. Each workshop will be delivered in small groups so that you get the most from your day.

Drawing on our experience of supporting thousands of members and new Practice Licence holders, the content has been designed to provide you with all the areas for consideration during that critical initial period of your start-up plans.
