Hi all,

In Sage L50, there is a remittance option in the Bank module which allows you to print out the remittances. However, in Instant, there doesn't seem to be a comparable option.

I can see that the remittance templates are in the layouts deep in the files, but how can i easily print out the remittances in Instant like i can in L50?

Hi Helen
There is reduced funcionality in Instant - I think the Instant plus has the remittance advice in its supplier reports (which I agree is very useful).
The closest you can get is when you pay a supplier - it then gives you the option at the bottom of the cheque screen to produce a remittance advice for the cheque you are writing. It's exactly the same, it's just you can't highlight all your suppliers and print them off in one go.
I'd recommend Instant plus for this one function alone.

Unfortunately Sadie is correct, you can only print one remittance at a time in Instant and that is when preparing the payment.  There is not an option for batch remittance.  Works fine as long as you remember to do prior to saving.
