Leading bookkeepers of the world
ICB Global is a worldwide network with its headquarters in the UK. We have established regional offices in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the Philippines, Africa, India, and across Eastern Europe where we operate as the Institute of Certified Financial Managers (ICFM). ICB Global exists to protect and promote the profession of bookkeeping across the world, and to meet the needs of members who increasingly work internationally.
International role
ICB Global is responsible for setting international standards of technical excellence in bookkeeping and spearheading the development of the profession. We help governments develop standards within their financial and education systems.
Commonwealth Accredited
ICB remains the only accredited bookkeeping organisation across the whole of the Commonwealth. It is listed under the category of Civil Society organisation, because the Commonwealth believes that ICB qualifications can enrich individuals and contribute to the financial probity of nations by improving financial and business infrastructure.
ICB is signed up to the Commonwealth Benchmarks, which set out the ethical standards that contribute to civil society. The benchmarks demonstrate how professional bodies can work together to provide the template for Commonwealth nations.
ICB's Australian founder, Matthew Addison, operates from offices in Melbourne.
