Hi,
In the last couple of weeks I have sent several emails to memberservices@bookkeepers.org.uk, info@bookkeepers.org.uk and 'membership@bookkeepers.org.uk' requesting delivery receipts and read receipts but I have not had any receipts nor have any response from the member of staff. Are the email accounts down or something as it is so unlike them not to reply to my mails?

Thank you James, it is such a relief to know that you have received one of my emails, I was getting rather concerned that all my emails had got lost as with the internet, in general, being very slow at the moment. so I am very glad one of my four emails managed to find it way to you!!

I shall look forward to a response in the near future. I do appreciate ICB may get loads of emails hence I didn't shout out my concern before today.
