Payroll

I Currently use sage payroll to do a few clients, but it seems to be getting expensive and I was wondering if anyone could suggest an alternative payroll software.

I only do Payroll for 3 small clients all with less than 10 employees each - any suggestions?

Hi Rehana,

I use Moneysoft at one of my clients.  This is only for one employer, but they do do a multiple employer version.  You have to pay for a yearly licence:-  http://www.moneysoft.co.uk/

Other people have recommended 12pay, but I've not used this:-  http://www.12pay.co.uk/Features.aspx

HTH a bit !

Hi Rehana

Try Moneysoft - you will never regret it!

You can download a trial version to do a test run at the same time as Sage if you wanted.

I've started using Moneysoft on the basis of recommendations here and so far so good.

I switched from Sage for the same reason as you by the way.

To be honest, I just use Basic PAYE Tools which can be downloaded free from BusinessLink.  Only downside is that you have to set up a payslip template but that's not difficult.

I do payroll for 10 small companies using BPT.
