MLR registration number

hi I have successfully gained some sub contracted work for an accountant and they have asked for my MLR registration number, where can I find this?

This is probably the number HMRC gives you if you register with them. If you have a practise licence with the ICB then this won't apply as you will be supervised by them for MLR. You'll need to inform the accountants of this - give them your practise number for them to confirm with ICB.

Slightly to do with this thread.

I have just received my MLR folder, but am not sure what my practice licence number is - is it my ICB registration number??

Hi Sandra,

I got a letter (delivered separately from the MLR folder) with my practice licence certificate.  The certificate has the registered practice number on it.

You'd be quicker phoning the ICB for the practise number.

You're right Peasie -  I would!

I am not in any great rush for it just yet - unfortunately!!  

If I don't have it in a couple of days then I shall give them a call

I applied for my practice licens in April and recived an e-mail recipet on 26th April, I have yet to recieve anything.  How long have people had to wait for their parcatice licence?
