Any chance of a Private message facility for Forum members?

To anyone at ICB

Just interested as I'm trying to arrange a car share to attend the CPD in Southampton, and don't want to be posting my phone number and email address on here for the whole world to see.  Any thoughts.  To stop it from being spammed - you could limit usage for student members and upwards, so anyone who wasn't actually a paid up member wouldn't have the facility.

Do any other members think this is a good idea or not?

I agree, it is a useful tool.

Andrea, your name, telephone and address is on your business card which appears next to your posts on the forum, I assume that this is seen by all and sundry.  Are you happy with this?

Yes, it is quite difficult to read on the picture though.  Maybe just me being overcautious.

I hate to tell you this - but I can read the full address, both numbers and with only a little thought worked out the majority of your email too.

I was taught shape recognition reading - I don't need to see the letters clearly, just the overall shape.  You might like to import your avatar to paintshop or whatever image package you have and put masks over the personal stuff.

Just a thought

Yes, I think it would be a good idea!  Some other forums have it.
