Hi everyone
Just wanted to pose a question to get everyones views.
I need to sub contract - I would rather do this than employ (and all that is involved with that).
My problem is the person I want to sub contract to is not an ICB member (a competant bookkeeper of 20 years or so).
The advice from the ICB is that she would need to register for MLR with HMRC or join ICB by taking all the exams and becoming a member and then a practice licence which would cost a total of £282
I just wondered what everyone else did.
