Changing business name - who do I inform and when?

I was waiting until I passed my Payroll Diploma so I could include that (Payroll Services) in the business name. So who do I need to inform of this change and more importantly when?

HMRC - do I need to inform the immediately or can I wait until I submit my SA return? Do I need to inform them in my capacity as an Agent?

ICB - before I renew my Practise Licence or immediately? (I can hardly keep it a secret from them if I'm posting on here). 

Insurance - immediately or before I renew my insurance (at the end of this month) ?

Anyone else?

Hi Peasie
Your SA tax return will ask for you to detail any changes to your trading name or address in the past 12 months. As an agent you can your personal details on the HMRC Tax Agent & advisors record.
I would advise ICB immediately and also your PII so that your business is covered.
