Can anyone help?
With the new online submission of Corporation Tax Returns I was wondering whether companies that are any of the following type will need to be filed online or whether they need to be sent a return at all?
Flat Management Companies
Dormant Companies - never traded or ceased trading or in course of dissolution (Strike Off)
I have looked online but do not seem to be getting anywhere. Any ideas would be gratefully received.
