HI Wondering if anyone can help. I am currently getting a little too busy to commit to on site work so am looking to outsource.
I have spoken to the ICB and they have agreed that a 'contract' or 'agreement' should be drawn up to stop others taking the client from me.
Does anyone know how or have such agreement that I can modify to my own needs as I am struggling with the wording etc...

Thank you for your reponse

I was looking to see if someone already had a 'contract' out there as I am useless with wording etc.

I have already spoken to the ICB and was suprised that this is an issue they ALSO help with. Part of the long list I think - all I can say is that the memebership fees are well worth the services provided - not just the name!

Hi Kirsty,

I have the same problem I spent hours looking on the net for a letter and if you download Business-In-A-Box, there is a few letters for Non Compete and Non Disclosure which may be useful.  This too is something I am looking into however the ICB yet don't have anything along this line available for members.
