Just click on the bit that says "Members Area" and that will take you to the members page with all the links - rather than clicking on the arrow. It's the same (kind of) with the syllabuses. The Diploma for Small Business Financial Control is not listed under the arrowed section but if you click on "Syllabuses" it is there on the page of links.
