Hi

I am in the process of filling out my MLR8.  I am also planning to do my annual money laundering checks at the same time.  There is only me, at the moment, so do I just need to fill out the MRL1, MRL2 and MRL3?

This really confuses me.

Hi Jeanette

I'm not entirely sure what stage you're at, but just thought I'd run through what I do - there's only me too!

When set up practise completed form CPP.

When I take on a new client, complete MLR1 and whichever is appropriate of MLR2 or 3.

Annual review (to coincide with practise licence renewal) complete MLR8 and review all MLR1's.

Obviously the reporting forms would only be completed when/if a report was submitted.
