I am looking to renew my membership in order to sit the manual level 2 exam. I cannot renew online as I need to claim the 25% reduction as I'm on benefits. I've emailed ICB twice in the past 7 days but have received no reply. I havent telephoned them as they need proof of my benefits which cant be done over the phone.

Is there any way I can easily obtain renewal forms?

Thanks James.

Now to find something that has my benefits info on. Long term incapacity benefit doesnt generate much mail, so its not going to be easy to find anything current. Would a letter from DSS stating what I received in the last tax year be sufficient?
