Computerised bookkeeping

Ive been using the Kaplan Books for Level 1 and 2 manual as well as "Mastering Bookkeeping" by Dr Peter Marshall and they have been great, particularly the latter.
Im sitting the mocks tomorrow with a view of attempting the proper exams within a few days, it is after this and pursuing the computerised courses to which my query relates.

I find learning at my own pace better than the traditional method of using a course.  I am also toying with either Sage or Quickbbooks for the software provider.

Has anyone any advice on the best textbooks to buy to help with my studies?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I completed my graduation in IT. I didn't have any background in bookkeeping. I also learned bookkeeping at my own space. I didn't face any trouble as i read a number of books on bookkeeping. Now I know sage very well after studying their study books. I also familiar with Quickbooks. But i love to work in sage.

Hello there,
I agree, have a look at Sage and do it today. They have some special discounts this month. I just got 72% off a 10 day passport to training. That's 10 days classroom training of my choice along with course books.

Best of luck
Tim
