I have bought the 'Associates Package' from Kaplan which includes a couple of manuals and a book of questions (and sage software). But I would like to buy a book to go with my Level 1 and 2 manual bookkeeping studies. Can anyone recommend a book/ books that will complement my studies?
Hi there,I would recommend that you buy 'Business Accounts 1' by Frank Wood and Alan Sangster. My students find this book invaluable for their level 1 and 2 studies.RegardsCaroline Barbour
I would recommend 'Business Accounts' by David Cox, published by Osborne Books. It also covers Level III and has worked examples and exercises. I still use it for reference today.
I had zero idea about bookkeeping. after reading 'Practical Bookkeeping(Beginner/Intermediate)' of Kaplan, i am quite confident to sit for level 1 & 2 (manual).
