Hello everyone

I have a query about M-Day too.

I have only passed the computerised exams in level 2 and level 3.  I simply do not have the time at the moment, with work commitments and I also have a disabled daughter, to sit the manual ones.  What will happen regarding my membership please?  Any advice would be much appreciated.

Yes it does go through an accountant.

How do I go about applying for an exemption then please?

That's because I am not at home.  Clients usually use ring my mobile.
