Practice Licence form

Hi I am just filling out the form for a practice licence application and it asks for company reg no, do have to have to register with HMRC before you fill out the form or should I just leave that bit blank for now.

If you're not a limited company you wont have one, just leave it blank.

Just as a wee addition.  You need to register with HMRC as self employed as soon as you start trading.  Many sites will advise that you have 3 months, this is no longer the case.

So as soon as you get that first client, you're trading, and you need to register.
