I'm new here but wondered if anyone has any experience of using a smart phone app to take details of expenses.
In general, the apps will then produce a report at the end of the month, which is then paid and details can be inputted. Receipts can be photographed and uploaded to verify the expenditure.
My concern is what happens if the app provider disappears, and then what happens to the evidence. Assuming the receipts had already been verified to allow the expense claim to be paid, would it matter?
