Hi Liz,
I certainly have within my letter of engagement that late payments will be charged interest at the bank of England base rate plus 8% per annum. I've never had to do this yet, but I think it's handy to have just in case.
I have been racking my brains and cant think of a reason why you wouldn;t include it, did you have something specific in mind?
