There is no list of accredited software on the site.
I have used Fusion accounts which one of accredited software. This package is good as it enable you to perform bookkeeping up to the completion of VAT return. I have used it for Level2 computerised and will certainly use it for level3.This package has been modified and enhanced. Reports are much better than what they were more than six months ago.
Give it a try, Fusion offer 3 months trial so you may as well take it!
As to using it for your practice in future, it all depend on your client requirement. I can confirm you can not use Fusion for CIS return as it does not cater for the process.There are other online package such as freeagent, clearbooks,kashflow etc....Feel free to browse past thread and read through members thoughts on various packages.
The question you need to ask yourself is "do you want to use a traditional desktop software or an online package".
My suggestion above are all online software. I prefer online packages and this is what I have opted for my practice.
