Software choice

Hi, I wonder if you could help me.

I have four clients at the moment, two on spreadsheets, one on Sage Instant and one on TAS. As you may imagine, head spins a bit Wink

I cannot move the one on Sage, as their accountants use it, too, but I would like the other three on one software (avoiding Sage).
I am looking for options for multiple companies licence, with a view to build up my client base. All clients are small businesses and do not need complicated reporting, etc.

Any suggestions and advice would be gratefully received.

Thanks!

I use Quickbooks Pro 2010. This will allow you to have several clients without any further charge. I don't like it as much as Sage but it does the job well.

Hi Agata,

Look around, there are plenty of great softwares.
I would suggest cloud accounting, it becomes more and more popular - Kashflow, Xero, AccountsPortal...

Hi Agata,

I suggest Fusion accounts as an online package.

They do offer 3 months trial for a cheap price. The package is good for basic reports.

Kind Regards,
