As this is an internal report, it might help if you just ask the directors what they want to see as there is so many different ways to present information.
I would have thought that trading figures would mean a breakdown of the sales but again it can be broken down into so many different categories i.e. by country, by product etc. which is why I recommend just asking the director what they wish to see, unless anyone else has any ideas?
