Hi

Does anyone have any experience of using FreeAgent software?  I have been looking into it as a potential client is moving to it and have a trial version, but initial view is that it's not particularly flexible - I don't appear to be able to amend the chart of accounts (for example there is only one director's loan account and I need more!).

Any views/help??

I appreciate that there have been previous threads of this topic, but none appear to have elicited any response.

Hi Lou,

I suggest you ring Free agent support and find out how you can add a nominal account.
Adding a nominal account is pretty much a basic function any professional accounting should have.

In the case you can not have this functionality, I suggest you trial another package...There are few good cloud accounting package...I am using Fusion Accounts and I am happy with the package. They do three months trial!
other packages are kashflow, xero,....
