I am applying for dispensation for one of my clients so they are not required to complete a P11D but am stuck on one question on the form which is posted below.
I answer yes to Q1 and Q2 but Q3 I am unsure about. The company just pays for their lunch/meals whilst abroad on business no matter how much it costs. If I tick No for Q3 will the dispensation be denied? Should we start using the benchmark scale rates? Maybe we can't apply for dispensation under these circumstances.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!

1 Do you pay your employees travel and subsistence expenses, including the cost of accommodation, for journeys they have to make in carrying out the duties of their employment, or in travelling to a temporary workplace, or attending work-related training?
