clearing instant payroll information

Hi guys



i have sage instant payroll installed and have practised on it with a mock exam. what i would like to do now is clear all the information from the mock exam so i can start again from scratch. I thought it would be as easy as sage instant accounts by just pressing a rebuild button but not that lucky. I have tried all different scenarios but nothing is working, i need to know how to clear all this info out so theres nothing from the mock exam left in it so when i do take payroll management exam it should be straight forward.( i have already had to change ni rates and tax rates bands depending on what year the exam paper is from)

Hi Louise

Like you said you cant clear it in the same way as the Instant Accounts so you would need to restore a blank backup to wipe the information.

I can email you a blank backup but it is not a current one so you would need to change the NI and tax bands again.  Can I ask what version of Sage payroll that you have to make sure it will be compatible.
