Another quick question for you lovely people,
I have received a notification from HMRC for an employee with an SL1 form and a start date. The employee in question is already ticked on my payroll system as a student loan repayment required but does not quite earn enough to make payments unless he gets the odd bonus which pushes his pay over the threshold.
I assume that nothing changes, the employee continues to pay off his student loan only if his pay exceeds the threshold.
Just checking as I am quite new to payroll and finding my feet
