SL1 Form Notification Received

Hello again, 

Another quick question for you lovely people, 

I have received a notification from HMRC for an employee with an SL1 form and a start date.  The employee in question is already ticked on my payroll system as a student loan repayment required but does not quite earn enough to make payments unless he gets the odd bonus which pushes his pay over the threshold. 

I assume that nothing changes, the employee continues to pay off his student loan only if his pay exceeds the threshold.

Just checking as I am quite new to payroll and finding my feet

Yep, nothing changes from your end!

If relevant you may consider it courtesy to remind the employee they are still down for repayments.
