Sorry I cant reply directly as your post is in a restricted area that I cannot access as a humble provider. The error you have occur because of an improper shutdown of the program. You should search for a file queue.dta and remove this to enable you to access your program again.
If you are running more than one Sage package you may have to search for this file via your Program Files to ensure you are remiving the correct file, against the correct version of the software.
