Hi, yes great stuff I purchased mine today actually.  Did ring ICB to confirm that this would be good enough to cover knowledge needed for the ICB comp. exam and was advised yes - what a deal!! Thanks

The Groupon deal does sound rather good and, as per Ami’s post, if you do make a purchase don’t forget to go via ICBenefits to claim your cashback...
 
However, that said, I must point out that, ICB do not have any knowledge of the course content and, therefore, cannot state that the course will cover the entire ICB Computerised Bookkeeping syllabuses. Those members who have already successfully passed the ICB Manual Bookkeeping qualifications, and have gained the underpinning knowledge of bookkeeping, may find the online Sage course a useful tool when studying towards the Computerised qualifications.

I am teaching myself so far (just revising for Level II manual) and have been wondering how to do the Level II computerised and what software to buy, this has been a fantastic help.

Hi, I too have bought this deal.  On purchasing it I was told that you get a certificate after you have gain so many points.  But I cannot see how to gain points. 

Can anyone enlighten me on this please?

I'm very interested in this!

Could anyone who has already purchased this enlighten me as to what sort of access to the software it includes? Is it the full working version of sage 50 with printable reports?

Yes, it is the online course, not the software, so although I do need to buy software at some point still, this has put off the decision for a while longer - I was in a dilemma before that if I bought software in order to teach myself, which to choose and would it then be suitable for future freelance work - being able to get a cheap course means that I can afford to leave the software buying until later when hopefully I'll know better what to buy.
I hope that makes sense!
I also hope the offer was still on for you when you had a look, it was only for a limited time.

I suppose what I am getting at is would I be able to do the course AND use the online access to complete the level 3 computerised exam?

and as far as I can see the groupon site says to redeem by 21st May.... Hope it's right!

Just looked into it further..... You have to buy the coupon first then redeem it by 21st May so I've missed the cut off for buying the coupon. I've requested to be emailed if any similar offer arises.
