Hi
If an employee is paid on the last Friday of the month but the pay relates to the complete calendar month, what is the actual pay date (for SMP calculation purposes)? For example this month (April) would it be Friday 27th or Monday 30th?
Just getting myself a bit confused here, thanks for your help.
