Can't believe i have failed, only achieved 77%, yet I did so well in the mock, got 98%.  Could someone please tell me if I can find out which questions I failed on.  So upset.

Just got my result too. Whilst I passed, I would also very much like to know which bits I got wrong.

However, I'm guessing that we won't find out, which is a shame as I'd like to be sure that I don't make the same mistakes in the real world!

Hi Dee

I received my result today and I am so disappointed to say that I too failed.  It's a pity we don't get the marked paper back to say where we went wrong.  Just wondering whether to pay for feedback before I apply again.

Hi Poppy,

Sorry to hear you didn't pass, what % did you get ?  I have paid the £25.00 to get some feedback, apparently it takes 2 weeks to process !!  As soon as I receive mine I will let you know whether it is worth paying for, you may be able to save your money.  I have just paid for the ICB mock exam, and hopefully will re-sit my exam in a couple of weeks, although I have been told I have to pay another £42.

I don't know how helpful this is but on other payroll related threads there has been discussion about sage NOT producing the reports that were required for this exam.

Not sure if it was Sage Line 50 or Sage Instants which was 'faulty'/missing reports, but a subject worth reseach if you are using sage......

That's interesting Theresa. I used Sage 50 Payroll and had some difficulty in producing an employee details report which matched the one provided in the mock exam. I wonder if I lost some marks there... :(

Hi,

If memory serves me right, I think it is only the trial version of Sage Payroll that doesn't have some of the reports required - I used Sage Payroll and passed.

Hi Dee

I got 81%.  I actually thought I'd done well in the exam and felt quite confident when I posted it back.  I've requested and paid for an examiner report, no point doing another exam until I know where I went wrong with this one :(
