South Yorkshire Branch Meeting

Hi to all

I've been very quiet over the last couple of months due to many reasons - not least pressure of work -  however, I do intend to resurect/put on another South Yorkshire Branch meeting.  I am looking at the end of January 2013 (I know its a very busy month for some) and will provide a specific date during the next few weeks.  I am looking for a venue, so any ideas welcome but in the Doncaster/Barnsley area - preferably free or virtually free.  The meeting will run between 1.30 and 3.30 pm with an extra half-hour or so for networking.


This is where I need some input - I would like to have some suggestions about topics that you wish to be covered whether it is students wanting some input or more seasoned practioners wanting specifics - this is your meeting so I want to maximise your time by delivering and getting speakers to cover what you want.

Hi Ian,


I'm interested in coming along to a Branch Meeting.  I am a Student having completed Level 1 recently.  I am keen to meet with others to hear how people are getting on studying and how people have set up as Bookkeepers.  I've taken a complete change in career direction and most days now I feel like a fish out of water!
