Thank you to all the ICB Members who came to the Avon Branch meeting at The Globe, Bath last Tuesday. An impressive 31 booked, a great turnout as usual. I hope that everyone enjoyed Geoff Cole’s presentation on “10 tips for growing new business”.
All members in the Avon area are very welcome to come along to the next meeting on 26 February 2013. Ray Cross, Head of AML at the ICB is giving a presentation on money laundering which I am sure from experience will be very interesting and informative. The event will go live on the ICB website approximately 4 weeks before the event and is bound to be over-subscribed, so book early!
The Avon Branch now has nearly 60 members with 25-30 attending each meeting. The Globe is a great venue and the buffet is a welcome pitstop after a hard day's work. If you have not been to an Avon Branch meeting try one in 2013.
A merry christmas and a prosperous new year to all ICB members and thanks to all the members who have supported the branch by attending the 5 meetings in 2012.
