One of my clients in King's Cross requires additional bookkeeping support. It will be 4 hours per week, to start ASAP. It's likely that in the future there will be more work to cover staff holidays etc. and as the business grows.

This client is now looking to recruit a part-time Finance Manager/Bookkeeper for approximately two days per week. Details below:

Finance Manager/Bookkeeper

The Invisible Dot Ltd is looking to recruit a part-time Finance Manager/Bookkeeper.

The Finance Manager/Bookkeeper will be solely responsible for the day-to-day financial administration of The Invisible Dot Ltd and The Invisible Dot Venue Ltd and the preparation of financial reports required by the Director.

The Invisible Dot Ltd is a unique company that works within comedy and theatre, producing work that is bold, amusing and unusual. Established in February 2009, The Invisible Dot is a producer of work in and around London, on tour and at the Edinburgh Fringe and other international festivals. The Invisible Dot has recently relocated to new premises in King’s Cross where it manages a small venue and production facility on behalf of The Invisible Dot Venue Ltd.

The Main Duties will be as follows:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Bank, Cash, Credit Card and Petty Cash Reconciliations
- VAT Returns
- Management Reports

Ideally, the successful candidate will have good experience of Quickbooks and Excel.

It is envisaged that the position will be approximately 2 days per week on average, with some additional hours required on occasion.

Payment will be commensurate with experience.
