Hello,

I need to make an extra one-off payment to an employee. The employee has already received his monthly wage, which has been submitted to HMRC through their software, this is an extra payment. When the payment is put through HMRC's RTI software it tells me to deduct income tax and NI but I know that this employee will not earn enough to reach the thresholds. Is there any way of 'telling' HMRC this is a one off payment and shouldn't be subject to tax and NI deductions?
