Difficult one.
If they are all monthly and regular amounts I would probably pitch at £200 per month.
If however they have a lot of starters/leavers/sick pay/SMP, irregualr hours, bonuses it could take twice as long.
£2 per payslip is not excessive. Another thing to bear in mind is at 140 employees they must me near the staging date for Auto enrollment and in my experience this can take 7 full days of work to impliment and you should consider an extra one off charge.
And you will have to ensure you have the software to support a large client.
