I paid to upgrade my membership after i passed my payroll exam so that i gotmthe PMDip letters. My profile still doesnt show these letters and its been almost 2 weeks ago that i paid

i assumed it would be immediate

I have emailed ICB but have had no response or acknowledgement of my email

any ideas?

Hi Carol,

I should telephone them to see if they have recieved your payment. It could also be the post taking longer these days!
