I dont actually know anything about salary sacrifice pensions but which software are you going to use for the payroll? Their will probably be an option (their is in mine ie MY PAYE) which sets up salary sacrifice schemes so it should give you more details in that. Hopefully if you put the option in as a pension type it will do a lot of it for you. I presume most of the other payroll systems would do the same.
