Quickbooks Invoices

I have finally convinced the company I work for to come into the 21st century. They have agreed to purchase quickbooks online. The only issue I have is getting the company registration number to appear on the invoices.

Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks in advance.

Hi David

Go into customise Form style in the company settings and you can do what you want. You may want to put it as a header or footer or whatever depending on what client wants, but their are a few new styles to have a pay with.

Hope that helps

Kind regards and very best wishes

 HI David,

If you slect the cog in the top right hand corner this will take you into the settings.  Go into Custom Form Styles select the form you need and edit.  On the left hand bar go into Heading, about 2/3rds down there is a tick box for company reg number select the box and enter the number, save and it should now show on your invoice.

All the Best.

Use one of the footer fields as there is no check box for a standardised field (for now)

 Hi David,

On the left hand bar go into VAT, then rates & settings then scroll down page to VAT settings.  Enter VAT number here and it will appear on the invoices.

All the Best,
