If you become a quickbooks proadvisor, either desktop or online the certification is free, if their is a quickbooks event near you, go to it, that usually then follows with a local to you day course to get online certified. Quickbooks seem to be going more on line, but they still do do the desktop certification, but it is a bigger monthly committment. I'd contact them, see if their are any local events and go from their.
