I use Brightpay and have done for two years now; the price is reasonable for the annual bureau licence, and as Marilyn said, support is great - I always telephoned rather than emailed, and I have ALWAYS got through quickly (compare that with the bigger firms!) and spoken straight away with someone who knows what they are talking about.
It's really easy to use - the mid-year start is a little complicated the first time you do it, but that is the same with all software solutions.
In terms of the AE pensions, it is a dream, especially if any of your clients are using NEST.
I like the simplicity of downloading any HMRC notifications as well - really straightforward, and applying them is the click of a button.
I also found out that as a bureau, they have said you can install the software on two machines, and use the data in the cloud - I haven't done this as no need for my practice, but worth considering as a back-up in case your PC has problems at any time.
