I've looked at GetBusy but it's just too basic.
Does anyone use anything that can do this that they would recommend? My budget is limited but i'm trying to build a foundation on which i can grow...

Have a look at Onkho, it provides task management, deadlines, letters of engagement, client document savign, automated emails to clients to chase paperwork and all sorts, I had spent a couple of years looking at practice management software but as we only have 15 clients and 3 staff members all the others were going to be expensive as they charge per user whereas Onkho is £1 per client plus VAT per month. It is simple to set up
