With MTD now on the very near horizon, we’re taking a look at the practical steps we need to take to ensure we and our clients are ready for the 1st April deadline.
We will be showing the HMRC Talking Points Video over the evening, but stopping it and discussing each section as we go along to ensure we all agree on what is needed.
A few of our members have already submitted VAT Returns using the pilot scheme and they will be able to give the benefit of their experience, including signing up for the new agent registration.
We know that most bookkeepers will already be aware of MTD, however, some have not got their agent services accounts or are yet to file their first return via the new portal. We hope this will be an informative meeting to help give you some further guidance.
