ICB’s Stephen Hardwick, Director of AML Compliance, will be giving a presentation on “What to Expect if you are Inspected”. Stephen heads up the team of ICB Inspectors who check for AML compliance by the members in their day to day work as bookkeepers. It is a legal requirement that members comply with the legislation and the ICB rules of conduct, so this will be a good reminder about your professional obligations.
