After September 30th you need to have passed the manual level III exam and the computerised level III exam. By modules, do you mean the other level III qualifications (Self Assessment Tax Returns/Payroll) ? These do not need to be completed to gain the MICB status. However, you cannot do tax returns or payroll until you have passed these particular exams.
