I downloaded a free trail of Fusion for my level II exam, and whilst it's not fantastic I'm going to go with it for the time being.

I've set up a company to do a mock paper, but I can't see how I now create a 2nd company for my real exam paper (which is being sent this Friday).  I've tried going to List Businesses and shows my Orchard Bistro business, but I can't see how to create another one.

Does anyone know - does the trial version restrict you to one business only?

Hi Jojo

When I tried Fusion out you had to contact their support to ask them them to add another business for you.  They do it straightaway for you.  Good luck for the exam!

Did you decide to stick with Fusion in the end or go with something else?  I've also tried VT but I have to admit it's quite hard to het my head around and the user manual isn't that great e.g. I am finding it hard to run some reports that the mock exam was asking for, and also I don't like the fact that the TB shows all entries in one column instead of seperate debit and credit columns...

I'm afraid I didn't stick with Fusion in the end.  I tried VT+ but you as you say it couldn't print off a couple of reports that were required for the exam.  I then went on to use Solar Accounts free trial.  Found it really user friendly and was fine for the exam.  If you can, give it a go.

Seen your post about fusion software, and i really need some help for my exame.

Would like to know how to add the opening balances on the customer and supplier account without affecting the P/L?
