Are there any experts out there on pubs?  Have been approached by landlord of pub in Coalville, Leicestershire to do bookkeeping / payroll .

The brewery allows him 20% of takings on which he has to account for VAT etc - he's not sure there is much he can claim back for.  He is employing 2 - 3 staff and needs a simple payroll.

anyone out there willing to have a chat wiht him / me - a bit our of my remit.
