Hi

Can anyone offer any advice , help regarding the above exam, which I have now failed for the 3rd time and locked out of further studies for 6 month ? very disappointing !!

I have found this particular exam difficult, despite passing all the others.

I am determined to pass, so need to keep up my learning whilst locked out by ICB.

I am learning with Ideal Schools, which are very good but I have completed  and passed mocks and assignments, issued by them.

Does anyone know of any other revision material that would help in preparation for BA6  re-sit?

Any tips , advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Tracey

Hello,

I failed my first attempt at this one - I found this was the hardest out of all the exams in Level 2 & 3

Have you used the ICB mocks - i didnt use them before my first attempt but did before my second. They give you the answers at the end so you can see where your going wrong which i found really helpful!

Kind regard

my first Mock on BA6 I got 40% then passed the real thing with 97%  I found this exam, not really hard, but some of the questions were looking to catch you out/laid out quite poorly.  I mainly struggled with the last question of the paper but after the Mock it seemed to just click.

Did you do both Mocks on the ICB website?  These were very close to the real thing so best bet is it go through each wrong question and just work out where your weakness is.  I didnt find the Kaplan study material very helpful but there is another book I purchased years ago called Business and Accounting Level 3 (I forget who its by but I will find out) and was much more helpful, specially with subscriptions.
