Hi 

I have two Limited Companies whose final accounts are under the FRS105 format. I also wish to produce a more detailed Profit & Loss Account plus a narrative. Can anyone recommend reasonably priced software. I have looked at Taxfiler which costs £10 a month. I assume that it would cost me £120 a year (12 x £10 a month) It produces final accounts in the FRS105 format and cam be used to report to HMRC and Company's House. Not sure about the detailed P&L, etc.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

John,

Taxfiler, everytime. It will do all that you have asked about above and, you can do 50 returns a year (Combination of Corp Tax, SA, Trusts and Partnership).

Direct filing with CH and HMRC.

The £120+vat will pay for itself if you do more returns.

I use it for SA and FRS105 in my practice.

Thank you for your advice. I had not appreciated that it will also enable me to do SA returns. This makes it the most viable option.
