Has anyone else come across the fact of not being able to access and to save to desk top (export) COA report, when in fact the sage version v-19 and sage version v-21 does have a variety of reports it doesnt not let me save or view COA.
I contacted ICB who say put problem in email. which I have done!

In addition I spent I hr today on the phone to sage about this, and it is not local rate. And the previous time i phoned them it cost 27 pound as it took 30mins to answer? I was told this aftenoon they cannot support any sage 50 accounts v-19 to 22. only from v-23. I found this madness as Kaplan give out the book which do not touch on COA and Kaplan give the sage too and they are a learning provider?
Id be interested to see if anyone else has this problem and how to overcome it. As I cant move forward and am confused what to do to get COA viewed and saved.
